ChefConf 2015 is just three weeks away!
By now you’ve taken a look at the diverse selection of sessions and workshops scheduled for March 31-April 2 in Santa Clara. And, of course, you’ve already registered, right? So, what else is going down at the show? The ChefConf Community Summit!
Taking place all day March 31, this special Summit gathering is a unique opportunity for open-source users and contributors of all experience levels. Join Chef engineers to help us make the Chef community and open source Chef as awesome as possible.
Our Justin Reed will facilitate the Summit. Why Justin? For him, technology is really all about connecting people:
Over and over, my software work has involved connecting things. As my career grows, I find that more and more I am connecting people. I’ve built connections between development and operations groups. Teams scattered throughout the same corporation. People in town interested in software. Strangers interested in spending an evening drinking beer and playing boardgames. And my own team members with one another.
We hope you’ll join Justin, other Chef engineers, and your peers, colleagues, and friends for this one-of-a-kind gathering of the Chef community.
The Summit takes place in Grand G/H at the Santa Clara Convention Center on March 31, from 9 am to 5 pm. It is an Open Space event where participants propose topics, organize an agenda, and meet in groups to discuss and work on the ideas that are most important to the community. Tickets are $150.
