Important schedule information for #ChefConf Workshops & Conference Sessions

#ChefConf 2012 is just a few days away, and we are going to have a very full event!

Several people have asked about the schedule for Tuesday & Friday workshops and/or if we can squeeze any more people in. We are sending this overview to help eliminate any confusion. Feel free to email chefconf@opscode.com with any questions.

Important Note: Due to overwhelming demand, the Tuesday workshops are completely sold out and no additional passes will be available. If you have not already purchased a separate Tuesday workshop pass you will not be admitted to the workshops on Tuesday. (There are still a few spots open for the special Friday workshop. If you wish to attend the Friday workshop, please buy your tickets now!)

Tuesday, May 15th (Workshop Day)

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday #ChefConf Workshop Sessions
(Breakfast will be served for Workshop participants starting at 8:15AM)

1:00 PM – 6:00 PM #ChefConf Pre-event Hackday open to everyone participating in the event.

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Official #ChefConf welcome party and kickoff.

Evening – BoF (Bird of a Feather) rooms will be available.

Wednesday, May 16th (Conference Day 1)

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Breakfast

8:30 AM – 5:40 PM #ChefConf 2012 – Day 1

Evening – We will be throwing a Pizza & Beer party, followed by an evening of Ignite! events and presentations.  BoF rooms will also be available.  (Please see the schedule for full details!)

Thursday, May 17th (Conference Day 2)

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Breakfast

8:30 AM – 5:40 PM #ChefConf 2012 – Day 2

6:00 PM #ChefConf main event is over!

Friday, May 18th (Additional Workshop Day)

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday Extended #ChefConf Workshop Sessions
(Breakfast will be served for Workshop participants starting at 8:15AM)
