Opscode is excited to announce that we’ll be attending and sponsoring the OpenStack Design Summit and Conference this week in San Francisco, CA. OpenStack developers, operators and users will gather to discuss the future of this open source cloud platform.

Opscode and Boundary are combining forces to host the May Seattle Erlounge. The meeting will be hosted at Opscode HQ located on Western Avenue on 5/3/2012. Festivities will begin at 7:00 PM. Post-meeting drinks, courtesy of Boundary, will follow at a nearby establishment.

A few weeks ago, we migrated the opscode/cookbooks repository to separate repositories per-cookbook in a new organization on GitHub. We have already received more than 50 pull requests! Thank you for your contributions and participation. You are all awesome. While we haven’t gotten through all the old repository’s pull requests; we’re still making progress there.
